In order to ensure that TRADS remains an organisation dedicated to promoting the interests of tenant representation advisors, applications for membership are vetted by the TRADS Management Committee. Applications will be approved providing that the Committee members are satisfied that:

  • The applicant will contribute to the furtherance of the aims of the Society and
  • Meets the qualifying criteria for membership

  • TRADS membership fee is currently £75.00 per annum
  • TRADS is now offering graduates a discounted membership rate of £40.00 per annum
  • Subscription rates will be subject to annual review and VAT is not payable.
