Martin is a chartered surveyor and has worked for Weatherall Green & Smith and Lambert Smith Hampton. He founded Vital in 2007 to provide energy efficiency services to investors and occupiers across the UK.

Vital has undertaken thousands of commercial EPCs from Aberdeen to the Isle of Wight. The company advises clients across the UK including Aviva, B&Q, Domino’s, IM Properties, Medical Research Council and MEPC.
