TRADS Members are invited to attend a day trip to Amsterdam to compare the workings of the UK and Dutch office markets.
How do rents / occupancy costs compare with those in London? What differences exist in UK vs Dutch office design? Do key UK occupier trends mirror those of the Netherlands? How do UK and Dutch leases compare?

The day will include an office market overview from local property experts, DRS Makelaars, followed by a tour of some key Amsterdam office buildings. There will be networking opportunities throughout the day.

Please arrive at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol by 11am (local time). Attendees are to make their own travel arrangements given that some may wish to extend their stay over the weekend. The TRADS Committee recommend booking the 08:40 outbound flight from London City airport; however, there are also regular flights from Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton Airports to Schiphol International Airport.
